Autumn is all about hiking and good wine in Tramin on the Wine Road with the Wine and Nature Hiking Week event. From 8 to 13 October, various hikes between 12 and 18 km with a maximum altitude difference of 500 metres are offered.
Programme Hiking Week Wine and Nature 2023
On Sunday evening, the welcome evening takes place from 7 pm. You will get to know the hiking guides and the detailed hiking programme over a snack.
From Monday to Friday, the following guided hikes are on the programme.
- Dolomites – UNESCO Natural Heritage: Lake Carezza – Latemar Labyrinth
Lake Carezza, also called the jewel of the Dolomites, is our starting point for this beautiful tour. We walk beneath the Latemar mountains and enjoy ever-changing views. - Val Sarentino: Valdurna – Reinswald
Val Sarentino extends from Bolzano into the heart of South Tyrol. Here we walk leisurely from Lake Valdurna along paths to Reinswald, a hiking area in summer and a skiing area in winter. - Tramin and surroundings: autumn hike with traditional “Törggelen”
A hike through the autumn landscape of Tramin is planned for mid-week. At midday, sociable ‘Törggelen’ with musical entertainment, local wine and chestnuts. The afternoon is free. - Val Venosta: Laces – Corces
Start in the Vinschgau-Val Venosta Valley and walk leisurely from the village of Laces to Corces. The ‘Schlanderser Leiten’ biotope and the view of the mountains opposite make this hike a special experience. - Tramin and surroundings: hiking in the wine villages
On varied paths through vineyards and forests, this hike takes us from one wine village to the next. After passing the characteristic residences and old farms of Tramin, we reach the village of Cortaccia, from where the trail continues to Magrè. Here a special attraction awaits us: the oldest vine, dating back to 1601.
