Special massages include the gentle herbal pad massage, the frequency and aroma massage, and the Swiss pine massage. The Energy Rebalancing Treatment and the relaxing back ritual offer an intense wellness experience, guided by the spa professionals to meet every need.
Sensory journey through flavours and wines
The Santre restaurant is an invitation to a journey of flavours, accompanied by a breathtaking panorama. The terrace is the perfect place to enjoy a coffee in the morning or an aperitif at sunset, surrounded by the beauty of the Dolomites. An à la carte menu is available at lunchtime, while in the evening guests can choose from three five-course menus, with meat and fish options, vegan dishes and South Tyrolean specialities. For the little ones, there is a dedicated menu.
The Santre wine cellar, carved out of the Bressanone quartz phyllite, houses an exclusive selection of national and international labels. The Santre Dolomythic Home offers exclusive experiences to experience the Dolomites in every season, guided by Experience Active Guide Alexander. In summer, guests can take part in free guided hikes, rent poles and rucksacks, and benefit from a transfer service for hikes. The Plose cable car, located just 2 km away, is easily accessible. For cycling enthusiasts, weekly guided tours, e-bike and helmet rental, and a video-monitored bike storage room are available. The hotel cooperates with Sportservice Plose for equipment rental. Furthermore, during the warm season, guests can enjoy activities such as paragliding, helicopter flights, via ferrata, climbing, Plosebob and mountain carting.
In winter, skiers can have fun on the slopes of the Plose, while adrenaline lovers can try the toboggan run or the Plosebob. Those who prefer to explore snowy landscapes can take part in snowshoe hikes or go ski touring with Alexander. The ‘Honeymoon’ package is designed for honeymooners, offering four nights in the san.light suites with gourmet half board. On arrival, a bottle of South Tyrolean sparkling wine awaits guests in the suite, along with a 50-minute relaxing massage per person and a picnic basket full of delicacies. The services included are the same as in the ‘Romantic’ package, guaranteeing a stay of luxury and comfort.
Nature meets design
Santre Dolomythic Home harmoniously combines the beauty of nature with modern, elegant design. The multi-level terraced structure, clad with bark and black glazed larch wood shingles, blends perfectly with the surrounding landscape. The interiors, designed by Stefan Ghetta, are furnished with local materials such as wood, gneiss and brass, creating a cosy and refined atmosphere. The suites, with large windows and balconies made of natural larch, offer spectacular views of the Dolomites.
Every corner of Santre is an invitation to tranquillity, thanks to the careful selection of exclusive, quality furnishings, including creations by Roche Bobois, Freifrau, Varaschin, Bocci, Vibia, Lodes, Bolia and Karman Italia. These elements accentuate the uniqueness of the structure, while the combination of colours and the large, colourful sofa in the reception, bar and wellness area instil a sense of relaxation.
The heart of Santre is also marked by the monumental presence of the Austrian artist Golif's ‘giant’, a 15-metre-high work that stands among the rocks, partially visible via a glass lift, and enriches the sensory experience of every guest. His legacy lives on in the hotel, through the works of Andreas Mayr Kondrak, who used precious wood to create the table in the wine cellar and the chef's table in the restaurant, creating a tangible link with nature and art.
