Next door, the more intimate bio sauna offers the same panorama, but with milder temperatures.

Behind the fragrant herb garden are the Quarzite and Earth Bathhouses, which offer unique rituals for body and mind. In theQuarzite Bathhouse you can try Alpine baths with Swiss stone pine vapours and floating in the salt grotto. In the Earth Bathhouse, on the other hand, you can relax in the salt-water sauna and the relaxation room with an open fireplace.

The Path of Consciousness is a unique route that invites you to regenerate yourself completely through direct contact with the natural elements:

• It starts at the salt-water pavilion and then leads to the romantic sauna next to the mountain stream, ideal for Kneipp.
• The infrared gondola, suspended between woods and mountains, offers an extraordinary relaxation experience.
• Along the way, one encounters places of power such as the shamanic sweat cave and areas for yoga and Qi Gong. Finally, along the 700-metre path of the forest bath, surrounded by lush vegetation and breathtaking mountain views, you reach a privileged vantage point over the majestic Dolomites.

The Mindfulness Program is a path dedicated to harmony between body and mind, in which physical practices, rituals and relaxation techniques are interwoven to promote energy rebalancing and connection with oneself.

Through disciplines such as yoga, Qi Gong and guided relaxation, guests have the opportunity to slow down the pace, listen to their bodies and regain balance and energy. Sessions take place in the new Naturellness Yoga Shala, an environment enveloped in the stillness and beauty of the surrounding nature.

Among the practices offered, Vinyasa Yoga offers fluid and dynamic sequences that activate the inner fire, while Hatha Yoga focuses on the conscious execution of postures, improving stability and concentration. The practice of Grounding Yin Yoga, on the other hand, helps nourish the fascial system, promoting a deep sense of grounding and well-being. Qi Gong, on the other hand, is a thousand-year-old Far Eastern discipline in which meditation, concentration and movement come together in perfect harmony to direct Qi, the life energy, into the body.

With more than 40 years of experience, it offers ten weekly guided hikes, winter snowshoe hikes with equipment included, and access to more than 25 hiking trails on the Alpe di Luson and in the Puez-Odle Nature Park that are easily reached by car in a short time from the hotel. Among its services for hikers, the hotel provides equipment rental, personalised advice on tours, a detailed paper guide and transfer service.

The hotel is also the ideal starting point for wonderful MTB or e-bike tours and offers: guided MTB or e-bike tours, free MTB and e-bike rental. In addition, a varied weekly programme with yoga, steam baths, back gymnastics and much more is offered each season.
