A Slow Food event dedicated to the chesse, the important product of the valley and of all the entire South Tyrol, is held in March. A festival focus on gourmand, tasting, purchase and knowledge about the production methods of cheese. To make it unique, the food shows, the various taste workshops and the Michelin-starred chefs who will reveal the hidden secrets of their delicacies to the public. For the occasion, the restaurants in the area also participate, offering the so-called specialty days, that is, simple delights based on cheese.
